Email marketing and social media posting in one tool

The people on your email list already know you and already bought once. Advanza writes the email version of the campaign you are already posting, so reaching them costs you one extra approval rather than a second tool.

Subject, preview and opening

Autumn is the season we'd keep for ourselves if we could — quiet paths, proper sunsets, and the fire on from four. So we're opening it up: stay three nights and only pay for two, on anything booked before 30 September.

What Advanza does on Email

You approve it. Advanza handles everything else about getting it onto the platform properly.

  • Writes the subject line, preview text and body — not just a link to the post
  • Lays the email out properly, so it isn't a wall of text
  • Sends to the segment you choose from your own contacts
  • Tracks opens, clicks and replies next to the social results for the same campaign
Worth knowing

What's different about Email

The rules that make this channel its own job — and what Advanza does about each one.

It's a rewrite, not a forward

An email that reads like a social post gets deleted. Advanza writes the longer, more personal version, because someone on your list has already chosen to hear from you.

Your list, your segments

Send to everyone, or to a segment — recent customers, a particular location, people who clicked last time. The audience comes from your own contacts.

Sent from a marketing domain

Campaign email goes out on a dedicated sending domain, kept separate from the address your receipts and password resets come from, so bulk sending can't damage the mail your business depends on.

What you need to connect

  • Contacts in Advanza — imported, or captured by a form
  • A verified sending domain, set up once
  • One approval — Advanza does the rest
Questions

Email, answered

Is the email just the social post again?

No. It's written as an email — subject line, preview text, and a longer body — because your list has a different relationship with you than a stranger scrolling a feed.

Can I send to only part of my list?

Yes. Pick a segment from your contacts, and Advanza sends to that group only. The rest of the campaign still goes out to social as normal.

Do I need my own sending domain?

You'll set one up once, during onboarding. It keeps your campaign sending reputation separate from your everyday business email, which matters more than most people expect.
